ABOUT ME
I’m a Mental Health Therapist with experience supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, relationships, breakups and life transitions.
My approach is human, direct and practical. I want you to feel comfortable, heard and understood, while also being willing to challenge you when needed. Therapy with me is collaborative and active — not just reflective, but practical. Together, we’ll recognise unhelpful patterns, challenge limiting thoughts and work towards meaningful changes in your everyday life.
Grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I use evidence-based techniques, practical strategies and tailored exercises to help you break unhelpful cycles, build self-awareness and resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I often incorporate between-session strategies and “homework” to help you turn insight into tangible progress and keep building momentum outside the therapy room.
As a neurodivergent therapist, I also bring personal understanding to different ways of experiencing the world, relationships and yourself. My goal is to create a comfortable, non-judgemental space where you can be yourself while still doing the work needed to create real change.
