Couples seek counselling for many reasons from navigating painful challenges to strengthening communication, intimacy, and connection. Whatever brings you here, the focus is on helping you move forward together with greater clarity and understanding. I support partners in recognising relationship patterns, building empathy, and taking shared responsibility for change. Sessions are practical and interactive, with guided exercises and a commitment from both parties. Individual sessions may also be recommended where helpful.
